Sun Dried Tomato and Olive Oil Bread Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup high quality olive oil
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
2 very large cloves of garlic minced, more to taste if desired
1 Tbsp Greek seasoning, get it here
1 tsp red pepper flakes or Aleppo pepper flakes, get it here
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, I used Italian herb infused balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp flaky salt
Crusty bread for dipping. I used a toasted ciabatta baguette.
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients on a plate or shallow dish.
Stir slightly to combine.
Serve with warm bread.
